Privacy

BurhaniStore keeps the details needed to run the directory.

What we store

An account holds your name, email, and password. A vendor store also holds the business name, city, country, category, and WhatsApp number. A quote holds the name, phone number, quantity, and message you send, and it is tied to your account when you are signed in.

Photos and camera

Vendors can photograph products or choose pictures from their photo library to add them to a catalog. Those pictures are stored with the product. BurhaniStore does not access the camera or photo library for anything else.

How it is used

Store and product views, WhatsApp clicks, and quotes are counted so a vendor can see activity for the month. Payments, shipment, and delivery happen offline and are not tracked here. We do not sell this information.

Chatting or requesting a quote opens WhatsApp with the vendor. That conversation is handled by WhatsApp and the vendor, not stored as a chat transcript on BurhaniStore.

Account deletion

You can delete your account from Account on the website or in the BurhaniStore app. Deleting it removes your name, email, password, favorites, reviews, and quotes. If you own a store, it also removes that store, including its products and photos.
