Here is where to start when something on BurhaniStore is unclear.
Getting started
Browse the directory, search products and services, or open categories and featured stores. On a listing, use Chat, Request Quote, or Call. You and the vendor arrange payment, shipment, and delivery yourselves — BurhaniStore does not take that payment.
Customers
Register with your name, email, and 8-digit ITS ID. Sign in to save favorites, chat, and request quotes. Signed-in quote requests and their status are under Orders.
Vendors
Finish store setup from Account, add products with photos, and update each quote as pending, accepted, shipped, delivered, or cancelled. A new store stays pending until it is approved. Products and photos from an approved store are public.
Account & privacy
Delete your account from Account. Deleting it removes your profile and, if you own a store, that store and its products. Terms of Use and Privacy are linked from Account.
