These terms apply to customers and vendors. Creating an account requires you to accept them, including the disclaimer for the country you choose.
Payments and offline activity
BurhaniStore is not responsible for payments and does not track financial transactions. Any dispute is resolved between the buyer and the seller. The site does not control or track offline processes such as payments, shipment, or delivery tracking.
Customers
You may browse the directory and send a quote or a WhatsApp message to a vendor. That request is not a payment. What you pay, how you pay, and whether an item is shipped or delivered are arranged with the seller, off this site. BurhaniStore is not a party to that sale and will not settle a dispute about money, shipment, or delivery.
Vendors
You may list a store and products. A quote or WhatsApp message is a lead, not a recorded payment. You collect payment and handle shipment and delivery yourself. Notes you add on a quote do not make BurhaniStore responsible for the money, the shipment, or the delivery, and they are not financial or tracking records. Disputes with a buyer are yours to resolve with that buyer.
Accounts and listings
You are responsible for the email and password on your account. A new store stays pending until it is approved. Products and photos from an approved store are public. Do not post false business details, misuse someone else's listing, or send a quote you do not intend as a genuine request.
